I do believe they are. Gaile Grey said she's got 9 accounts, and I suspect the other research team do to. I'd say there are a lot more of the GW research team out there playing guild wars and listening to what we have to say than you think.

How else would they do the special mentions in the scribe?

The thing is they must remain hidden otherwise they'd never get a moment of piece, talking to the public is the job of Gaile Grey's gaile grey character.

What I'd like to see is GMs simply handing out warnings or banning spammers. Since It's against the EULA, they are not allowed to do it. I find myself getting extremely angry (and many others too) at them telling them to stop spamming (especially in local chat). I think it's awesome that the GMs are there...they just need to be a little more active, because surely they can see and don't agree with what's going on?
